#Bulk editing

Create taxonomy terms during bulk media upload.

Media Bulk Upload should do all of this.

Allow editing alt text when uploading media.

Allow editing of field when uploading media.

Invalid values can be submitted.

Add an option to prepend values. Currently only append is supported.

Bulk remove specific values (from multiple input field?).

Same as Add action to delete specific field values?

Currently hardcoded to use bulk_edit display mode.

Only changed entities should get saved.
