Permissions Filter

Minimal search filter for permissions admin UI.

Recommended over Filter Permissions and Fast Permissions Administration, unless there's too many permissions to load.

Provides roles/module filter for permissions admin ui.

Must search before viewing results, but there's a view all option. This could help with slow page loads from too many permissions.

Claims to streamline the layout builder UI for adding blocks but it isn't clear how.
