Is the functionality in the Real Name module replaced by Name Field?

Name Field adds a robust field for entering a user's actual name.

Real Name configures the display of a user's username, with tokens.

Name Field has an option, "Use this field to override the user's login name?".

This causes many displays of the username to use the Name Field value.

But one area that didn't change is the user account page title.

Configuring Real Name with [user:field_name] for the token fixed it.
